For years, this monthly newsletter has been a roundup of global ocean news, campaigns, job opportunities, and our work. But as our media ecosystem has grown, we’ve realized that information was duplicative, and there was a need for a two-way discussion space where we can connect in depth on the complexities of ocean climate issues.

With that in mind, we’re transitioning this monthly issue into a substack, where our founder will share perspectives on the ocean climate movement that spark discussion, connect readers, and drive collective progress. It’s going to be different, but change is needed.
